Daily Yoga
Start the mornings with an energizing yoga flow and unwind in the afternoons with a restorative session. Each practice brings movement and stillness together, helping you reconnect with yourself and find your natural rhythm.
Intentional Meals
Delicious, nourishing buffets three times a day, crafted with love from whole, plant forward ingredients, light on gluten, and free from refined sugar. Every meal is made to support a woman's body. Food that simply makes you feel good.
Rest and Luxury
Float in the pool, wander down to the beach, or watch the sunset. Your room, nestled in the hills and overlooking the Atlantic coast, offers quiet comfort and gentle beauty. Here, luxury means being surrounded by nature.
Massages
x2 60 minute massage treatments of your choice, designed to detoxify, relax, and reset your body with the skilled touch of our specialist therapist. You can choose an extended package, giving you five full days of personalized care.
Exploration and Knowledge
Inspiring workshops on women's health, and wholesome cooking classes. Enjoy guided hikes and car transfers to and from the charming coastal town of Ericeira. A touch of adventure balanced with learning and deep relaxation.

We're Samantha and Carlotta: two women from different continents and diverse life experiences who created The Wander Woman as a safe space for women to recover from the stresses of daily life.
We've both experienced the weight of being a woman, from high-stress corporate careers and leadership roles, to being a mom, a partner, and everything in between. The Wander Woman is close to our hearts because it's something we wish we had for ourselves during the moments when the weight of the world felt like it was on our shoulders.
We chose to create a wellness retreat, not just a yoga retreat, because true recovery requires more than one element. Carlotta, trained in India and teaching for the past 10 years, brings the movement and mindfulness practices that help you reconnect with your body. Samantha leads the nutrition aspect, because we know that when you're busy putting everyone else first, nourishing yourself properly is often the first thing to go. Throughout the week, every meal is designed to show you how easy it can be to eat in ways that actually support your wellbeing.
We chose 7-day retreats because real recovery needs time that 3-5 days just can't provide. Throughout the week, we think of everything for you. Your only job is to relax, feel closer to yourself, and leave empowered to go back into your daily life with strength.
